LIBSVM :
a simple and easy-to-use
support vector machines
tool for classification (C-SVC, nu-SVC),
regression (epsilon-SVR, nu-SVR), and
distribution estimation.
It includes a GUI for both classification and regression.
Version 1.0 released April 2000.
Current Version: 2.33,
December 2001.
-
looms :
a model selection software for
support
vector machines
Version 1.0 released November 2000.
-
BSVM :
a simple decomposition method for support
vector machines for large classification.
It has faster convergence in difficult cases. Version 1.0 released
January 2000. Current Version: 2.03, March 2002.
-
TRON:
Trust region Newton Method for large bound-constrained optimization, released
June 1999. We also provide an AMPL
interface in NEOS.
-
ICFS: an
incomplete Cholesky factorization for sparse matrices, released August
1998.
A new version
1.2 with MATLAB interface was released at February 1999.
A preliminary version for dense matrices is here.
